Brothers in Yoga
Our Story
"Brothers in Yoga" has been operating since 2022, with the mission of providing tools for coping with emotional distress and post-trauma through therapeutic, guided yoga practice tailored for discharged soldiers and combat veterans who have experienced psychological injury as a result of their military service.
The organization emphasizes the connection between body and mind, yoga as a way of life, the creation of a safe and supportive environment, and the development of a strong community that accompanies the warriors throughout their healing process.

Journey for Life The organization’s flagship program 8-10 group sessions designed to strengthen emotional regulation, develop focus and breathing practices, and provide community support.
